Shipping: Delivery time: long prom dresses
Rush order: within 15 days, please add $30.00 for it, this cost is paid for prior shipping and sewers who would like to work extra time to finish this dress.
Normal time: Within 25-30 days (From May to Dec)
Around 30-40 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.

Packing: in order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag .

Shipping: by UPS or DHL or some special airline.

Return Policy: 
We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify.

Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress (please let us know if you have some exceptional case in advance)
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for

the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers

should pay for the duty:

9, Custom taxes
Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

If we send you the wrong item:

In this case,please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can either send it back to exchange for the correct item or return it back for full refund.

If we send you the right item but wrong color:

In this case,as returning back is too troublesome and cost a lot,if you also like the color we send you and are willing to keep it,we would like to make some compensation for that.

Please Note: Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will 100% match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric. If the dress is fine but you just don't like it anymore:

We do not accept return just because customers do not like the item you received even it is right for everything.

-Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
-Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
-Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.

We don't accept returning for following cases:

1)For custom order(Color not as picture shown or Custom Size) and Plus size(larger than US14) can’t be returned, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.

2)Items that have been worn, changed or damaged like altered,dyed,etc Please contact us first when there is any problem with items you received. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. When you return them back, please make sure the items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Process of Returning:

1) Contact our customer service within 2 days from the day you receive your item. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. More than two days,We have the right to refuse to return

2) Once Customer Service has approved your request,they will send a Product Return Form to you. Please fill the form and send it together with the item back to us as soon as possible.

3) Once received the package,your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 10-15 days for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

4) All returns costs (customer bears the shipping cost and tax)
